LAS VEGAS, NV, September 10, 2009 – Kent Johns, Senior Vice President, and John Acker, First Vice President, in NAI Global’s Las Vegas office represented First Comp Insurance Agency in the lease extension of 21,767 square feet of office space at 120 Green Valley Parkway, Suite 300, in Henderson, Nevada.

Johns and Acker represented First Comp Insurance Agency in the five-year lease extension at The District II, valued at $2.1 million. Charles Van Geel of American Nevada Company represented the landlord, Parcel 33 Retail, LLC.

Johns and Acker also recently represented United Insurance Company of America in leasing 1,288 square feet of office space to RCC Consulting at 400 North Stephanie, Suite 215 in Henderson. Mike Hsu of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant.
