Background & Experience
|
After graduate school, Curtis joined the industrial real estate brokerage of Arthur Rubloff & Company in Los Angeles, California; Rubloff closed its commercial real estate offices in 1982.
Curtis immediately joined the industrial real estate brokerage Merrill Lynch Commercial Real Estate, located Los Angeles. He stayed with Merrill Lynch Commercial until acquired by L.J. Hooker International, and was later acquired by Lambert Smith-Hampton of London, England.
In 1992 joined the Industrial real estate division of NAI in Las Vegas, Nevada as Senior Marketing Consultant.
Curtis has three daughters, and is a U.S. Army Veteran

Significant Transactions
|
Sold the former Coors/DeLuca Wine & Liquor distribution facility in Las Vegas for $5,750,000.00.
Negotiated the acquisition of a 22,202 square foot two-story office building on behalf of Wellpoint (Blue Cross Blue Shield); purchase price was $5,330,000.00. Negotiated three long-term build-to-suit Lease Agreements on behalf of Sprint Communications. Total consideration for the transactions was $4,032,000.00.
Represented the University Of Nevada School Of Medicine in their acquisition of a new teaching and urgent care facility at the Las Vegas Technology Center. Total Lease consideration (10 years) was $1,750,000.00. Curtis was the only Broker involved in the transaction and Thomas & Mack was the Owner/developer.
Represented a seven year, 65,270 square foot build-to-suit on behalf of DHL/ Airborne Express in the Arrowhead Business Park, Las Vegas. The total Lease consideration was $1.9 million.
Represented International Gaming Technology (IGT) in the acquisition of forty acres of industrial land for $15 million.
Exclusively represented Pepsi Cola Bottling Company’s 69,488 square foot former bottling facility (situated on 8.40 acres). Negotiated a five year Lease agreement with Fontainebleau Hotel/Casino; total Lease value was $2.4 million.
